Tri-Star Detention, Inc. provides a unique blend of products and services for the detention industry.
We are not financially tied to any security product manufacturer. This allows us the ability to provide non-biased critiques of security products. Our ability is always beneficial to the owner and users understanding of options available and product differences especially in retrofit designs. We have a proven track record among architects, general contractors and detention facilities abroad.
It is our goal to listen first. We recognize the solution must fulfill a need or solve an existing problem.

Tri-Star Detention, Inc. began operating in 1993 as a Detention Equipment Contractor (DEC). Our background in the security hardware and construction industry is unique. Our lead engineer and project manager, Dan Graeber, has been involved with detention products manufacturing, installation and construction industry for more than 2 decades. He provides our customers the latest “product know how” to ensure project success.
We have no ties to any specific hardware or lock manufacture. Therefore we are able to provide non-biased service.
